The HR Programs Specialist will be working hands-on with the many operational elements of Talent Acquisition including Systems & Tools, Recruitment Processes, and Diversity Recruiting. You will be responsible for the execution of key Talent Acquisition projects & programs from start to finish. A successful candidate will be into managing the details, they will love data & reporting, and will be connected through communication to successfully drive program efforts.
Program Management responsibilities include the management of the day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned TA Programs including:
Plans, manages, and monitors programs from start to finish.
Meets with internal customers to provide status updates and reports and gather program-related feedback.
Gaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Responsible for the execution of multiple Talent Acquisition program implementations simultaneously.
Systems/Process Support responsibilities include managing the implementation, training and support of new Talent Acquisition tools, systems and processes including:
Owns the recruitment coordination processes, systems and services to ensure a great candidate & new hire experience.
Owns systems related to sourcing talent, providing tools for recruiters to engage with candidates from a variety of options.
Diversity Recruitment Initiatives including:
Partnering and leading Diversity related recruitment initiatives.
Manage participation and attendance at Diversity Recruitment events including those at the local and national level.
Manage program initiatives (Military & Veterans, Intern Program, etc.) for Customer Operations business unit.
And of course, you will need to performs other duties as requested.
What you will need to bring:
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
Excellent critical thinking skills
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Strong PC skills and MS Office skills
You will also need a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field, and
3+ years of Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, OR
3+ years of Experience in a Recruiting Capacity
