About the job: Our Customer Service Reps are subject experts for Spectrum Mobile billing. In this role, you are responsible for resolving customer questions about their mobile plans and connecting customers to sales, repair, or other support teams as needed. We offer set schedules, meaning your working days and hours would stay the same weekly. Shifts are structured, with assigned breaks.

• .75 cents shift differential for shifts starting at 11 AM or later.

Shifts:

• Shifts range from 8 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week.
• Schedules are determined during the offer stage.
• Current openings are full-time, 40/hours per week.

Training:

• Eleven weeks of paid training.
• You are considered a full-time, benefit-eligible employee during training.

Fun fact! Training is broken down into three weeks of classroom and eight weeks of hands-on sessions.
