A fantastic opportunity is available due to growth for an HR Business Partner to join our growing global business, we are open to discuss part time working or flexibility with working hours.
You will be part of The Group HR Business Partnering team working with business stakeholders to help build people capability and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities across the Group Functions (Technology, Marketing, P&O, Finance and Legal). In addition to this the team also support the creation and delivery of the organisations Long Term Framework (LTF).
The Purpose of your role as an HRBP
Your main areas of focus as one of our HR Business Partner will be supporting the delivery of strategic and operational people plan ambitions and supporting the Senior HRBPs and HR Director in driving a high-performance culture and proactively bringing the HR strategy “to be the best place to work.” to life.
The HR Business Partner will act as a change agent, influencing a network of relationships within and coaching business managers where necessary to help achieve business goals, through acting as an ambassador for our brand and employee value proposition (EVP) culture within Specsavers. You will create open communication channels with stakeholders to build trust and respect and creating strong relationships through coaching and mentoring.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Actively support the delivery of functional people plans across the Group Functions and supporting overall long-term strategic framework of the organisation
Contribute towards the identification of the people agenda and priorities to improve business performance and meet key people challenges
Supporting business areas to build sustainable resource plans to enable business growth and support succession and retention plans
Support Senior HRBPs on organisational change, design and structure – connecting in and utilising Centres of Expertise (CofE) where appropriate
Pro-actively keep connected with ER Business Partners to provide advice and support complex ER issues and review people plans where appropriate to ensure continuous improvement
Support business leaders to develop and implement action plans in response to the results of people engagement surveys. Sharing best practice and ideas across HR colleagues to drive a consistent approach.
Network and engage across your broader HR network (both within and outside the organisation) to continue your development and present fresh and innovative ideas and creative solutions.
Key Skills, Ability or Experience
Experienced HR generalist/advisor, relevant HR qualifications would be beneficial but not essential
Excellent stakeholder management
Ability to pull people together to support projects
Demonstrate curiosity and growth mindset with the ability to questions and challenge others to get to the root of people and business issues
Analytical and problem solving ability
Excellent communication and facilitation skills and is able to inspire and drive engagement
Confident in written and verbal communications
Creative thinker and can work with pace and intensity

You can work from home but we would also like you to collaborate with the other team members when its needed, visiting our office in Guernsey regularly.
