Please note we are recruiting for 3 vacancies, all 12 month fixed-term contracts.

The Finance Analyst role is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to begin their career in finance, or a candidate who is AAT Level 2 qualified looking to further develop their career.

Main Purpose of the Role

Working as a team, the role involves analysing and reconciling transactional data at both a Store and Group level in a time manner. You will be responsible for analysing trends and highlighting potential risks and issues to management to ensure that relevant actions are taken.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysing data from the various retail systems and accounting systems
• Analysing cash to sales reconciliations and investigate for any anomalies and trends
• Liaising with Store Partners, external auditors and finance teams to resolve queries
• Ensuring that revenue is accounted for accurately and timely
• Preparation balance sheet/bank reconciliations

Key Skills, Ability or Experience

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a proactive nature
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and an effective communicator
• Good working knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivots)
• Study towards Level 3 AAT or equivalent
