Digital Marketing Manager

Specialty MedSpa and Urgent Care is a Health Care MedSpa and Urgent Care that provides Cosmetic Procedures, Urgent Care and Primary care services to the Community. We provide strategic, integrated marketing campaigns to drive patient engagement and revenue. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help us grow our business in The Colony, TX and DFW area.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our digital marketing strategy across all channels including social media, search engine optimization, email, display ads, web site management and display ads on Google Display Network. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the CEO and COO to develop and execute a strategy that will drive the company’s digital marketing efforts forward.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing or related field required
• Demonstrable Experience in social media management preferred.
• Demonstrable Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Google Search Console preferred.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of email marketing tools and techniques.
• Experience with HTML5 video and HTML5 audio required.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics ing requirements.
• Experience with website analytics tools preferred.
• Proficient in WordPress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of the DFW area, TX market preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

– Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to promote services and engage with followers.

– Independently create and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and generate leads.

– Produce informative and engaging blog posts related to our services and healthcare topics.

– Revamp and update the website using WordPress to improve design and SEO.

– Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

– Monitor analytics, prepare s, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts.

– Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,831.00 – $75,000.00 per year
