Summary

Employment Terms:

• Contract – Potential for full time for experienced candidates
• Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
• 2 days on 2 days off-3 days on 2 days off
• 34.5 hrs. one week- 46.0 hrs. one week=10.0 hrs. OT
• Must be able to work 2 weekends (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) each month
• Required Personal Protection Equipment: Gloves, hearing protection, safety shoes, safety glasses, lab coats, hair net, beard cover (if applicable)
• Target Start Date: ASAP
• Other: Subject to Background and Drug Check

Essential Tasks – In this job, you will:

• Work towards designated generation line qualification
• Perform routine cleaning, clearing of equipment jams, and insert raw materials
• Learn how to complete line audits and best practice worksheets
• Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks as scheduled
• Recognize Carton, Foil, Primary Package, and Sterilizer non-conformances and to supervisor
• Record all equipment downtime, machine repairs, and audits in the maintenance management system

General Skills and Abilities – In this job you will demonstrate:

• Ability to communicate, written and verbally, in order to describe troubleshooting issues, work with a team, and document processes
• Ability to prioritize projects and balance multiple tasks
• Physical demands of the position include stooping, walking, pulling, light lifting (up to 25 lbs.), grasping, hearing, visual acuity, kneeling, reaching, pushing, talking, standing, fingering and crawling
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, 6pm to 6am or 6am to 6pm, including weekends, on a regular basis required.

Digital/Technical Skills – In this job you will demonstrate:

• Intermediate ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues
• Intermediate ability to analyze data and read data graphs to help troubleshoot machinery issues

Education/Knowledge – In this job you need to have:

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic fundamentals*
• Associate degree or equivalent industrial experience is a nice to have but not required
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards is a nice to have but not required
• For Example: Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Manufacturing Procedures (MP), International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001 and 14001, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) policies, or equipment specifications and process specifications
• This position will require candidates to complete the Ramsay Mechanical Aptitude Test

Experience – In this job you need to have:

• Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, or Pneumatic work experience is a nice to have but not required
• For Example: process improvement, robotic/servo systems, safety devices, equipment installation, debug and qualification, control circuitry development, electro-mechanical solving/repair, equipment prototyping, production start-up, equipment process development, mechanical devices, controller, mechanical parts design, tooling, or electrical & mechanical prints
