Junior Fixed Price Analyst

Salary: £23- 25k plus benefits and progression

Our client based in Redhill are seeking a Junior Fixed Price Analyst to join their friendly team who thrive on solving problems and with data integrity at the heart of everything we do.

The role

An integral part of our fixed pricing team supporting the senior fixed analyst & consultant team. You will support in achieving the successful tendering of fixed price supplies (electric, gas & water) through an approved range of suppliers to secure the best overall outcome for our clients. Other tasks will include collecting data, reviewing supplier products, monitoring changes within the energy sector which may impact pricing, ability to produce written s, supporting senior team members and providing support for upcoming client meetings, including providing budgets.

• Good Maths and Excel skills
• Coordination – ability to handle the administration of regular client information
• Generate and maintain regular monthly client s/publications
• Organised – able to manage large amounts of information
• Detail minded – ability to handle and review detailed information
• Organisation skills – the ability to prioritise workflows and responsibilities
• Competence in MS Office suite – Word skills and the ability to sort, filter and manipulate data into template s
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Some understanding of energy/water industry would be of advantage but not essential
• On the job training in our systems will be provided
