Special Materials Company Hiring for Accounting and Payroll Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

We are growing and searching for an Accounting & Payroll Coordinator to work remotely in the EST time zone. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience. Direct experience with ADP or Paylocity payroll processing. Proficiency with excel is required. This person must be exceptionally detail oriented and able to maintain the integrity of confidential information.

Responsibilities:

– Handle all payroll related functions, including but not limited to preparing payroll submissions and recording payroll in the GL, liaising with employees and HR

– Manage 401k plan

– Review T&E expense reports

– Prepare Forms 1099

– Perform various ad hoc tasks for accounting team as assigned

Qualifications:

– 2+ years in handling payroll

– Degree in accounting preferred

– Proficiency in excel is a must – test will be administered

– Experience working with HRIS cloud based platforms such as ADP or Paylocity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
