We are currently seeking a new Junior Recruiter for a promising Remote position with their growing staff.

Pay $35,000+ per year plus Commission

Responsibilities

The Junior Recruiter (Remote) will:

  • Consult with Managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen candidates
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
  • Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to Hiring Managers
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
  • Assist in development and implementation of Human Resource policies

Qualifications:

  • Computer and Tech savvy
  • Microsoft Office/Suite proficient
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
