SPC Credit Union is currently seeking an experienced Education and Development Specialist to join our team. In less than 12 months as the Education and Development Specialist, you will:

Apply your experience to assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, and consultations with managers. Assist in the evaluation of training programs.

Use your attention-to-detail to review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials. Facilitate and deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques.

Apply your creativity and effective communication to design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.

Use your genuine drive for people-service to be at the forefront of onboarding and new employee orientation.

Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, and setting up systems and equipment.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.

Demonstrate proficiency in analytical, instructional, interpersonal, and speaking skills.

Ability to understand employee training and development and how it relates to strategic growth of the organization.
