Spartan Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) company headquartered in Columbus, OH. We specialize in a unique logistics model : We own and operate our own warehouses, fleet, forklifts, and other key equipment.

We have decades of experience in fast-moving inventory, especially food and beverages, and also are veteran handlers of glass, paper, automotive supplies, and more.

With our staff of more than 350, we operate over 3 million square feet of warehouse space strategically placed throughout Ohio, Indiana, South Carolina, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky and Texas.

We are currently looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator in our Fort Smith, AR location. This is not a call center position! Duties include, but not limited to, shipping and receiving, warehouse inventory, customer relations and assist in the warehouse when needed.

This position works Monday – Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm

• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Basic Excel knowledge.
• Advanced phone and email etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under stress and communicate professionally.
• Experience in the transportation industry, preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus!
