Job description

SUMMARY

Responsible for enhancing sales and while actively managing customer needs. Focused on activity that increases customer loyalty and profit. Managing projects through the estimating, order entry, scheduling, manufacturing fulfillment/kitting and shipping process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Project Management
• Forge strong customer relationships by being an engaged resource
• Respond with a sense of urgency and clarity to customer requests
• Create job sequence paths, understanding production steps and cost
• Help determine the use of subcontractors on customer print projects
• Negotiate and communicate lead times
• Optimize form layouts for best print yield
• Maximize profit while balancing customer price acceptance
• Coordinate early project services such as new concept design
• Manage pre-production steps and order entry process to ensure details regarding customer requirements are accurately communicated to manufacturing
• Actively participate in production meetings as a customer advocate
• Check proofs for accuracy when sending out for approval
• Facilitate customer approvals to ensure work quickly transitions to production
• Coordinate and communicate fulfillment requirements resulting in a seamless client experience
• Organize client-supplied information for kitting projects analyzing detail to ensure accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

• Print or printing related activity not required but helpful
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented with a service/sales aptitude
• Ability to multi task
• Strong commitment to accountability
• Computer and business writing competency
• Personality traits = results oriented, demonstrates a sense of urgency, good communications skills, and ability to work as a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
