Responsibilities:

• Develop working relationships with executive team and hiring managers to determine departmental hiring needs and annual workforce plans
• Create strategic recruitment techniques alongside management via applicant review, direct sourcing, referrals, networking, relationships with university career centers, etc.
• Manage candidate process from initial contact to onboarding program by arranging interviews, travel, pre-employment screening, and offer letter drafts
• Ensure salary market data is researched and measured externally and internally
• Collaborate with HR manager to oversee the planning, development, and management of headquarter strategic employer branding efforts
• Manage accurate records of recruiting activities that are legally compliant
• Conduct exit interviews with terminating employees to collect data for turnover evaluation and retention problem identification

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience required
• 3-5 years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting and ability to manage competing demands
• Experience in sourcing and qualifying passive candidates
• Ability to multitask to meet multiple deadlines at the same time
