Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in retail markets and driving growth for our adaptive clothing brand. This is mostly a remote position with weekly in-person meetings in our space in Midtown, Manhattan. You will be provided plan, sales targets and overall strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential retail accounts to promote and sell our adaptive clothing products.
• Potentially – maintain strong relationships with existing retail accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager in the fashion industry.
• Existing network of retail accounts and relationships within the industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for inclusivity and a belief in the mission of our adaptive clothing brand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Min. of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the fashion industry.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

This is mostly a commission based role with some flat monthly rate to cover expenses. The size of commission and bonus depends on the work experience.
