This role is 100 percent customer facing via virtual meetings. Spark Medical Marketing is a full service digital marketing agency providing excellent digital marketing strategies to medical, aesthetics, health and wellness practices across North America. We specialize in developing and implementing proven, strategic marketing programs that deliver measurable results to our clients.

Job Summary

The primary objective of the Account Manager is to meet established sales goals by delivering real value to potential customers through differentiating our services. The Account Manager will be supported in this initiative with tools and promotional resources designed to have immediate impact. The successful Account Manager will demonstrate the ability to target and manage their customers strategically. The Account Manager has the ability to work independently to deliver expected results. The Account Manager will also need to be highly engaged, self-motivated and show a high degree of customer focus.

Essential Job Functions

• Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics to maximize the practices share of the market.
• Coordinate with Service Team to resolve client concerns regarding sales and service.
• Formulate and coordinate marketing activities to promote services. Work with director to create promotional materials.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of client development.

Responsibilities for Account Manager:

• Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying a client to securing a deal.
• Present services to prospective clients.
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
• Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
• Attend workshops and conferences. Some weekend travel is required.

Qualifications for Account Manager:

• Proven experience in the aesthetics or med spa industry.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in other sales/customer service role.
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Google docs; knowledge of CRM software, Salesforce and Canva is a plus.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• A business acumen.
• Enthusiastic and passionate.
• Knowledge of digital marketing solutions.
