We are looking to hire & train a Recruitment Consultant to join our core service offering of Accounting & Finance professionals to clients within the Property & Financial Services Sectors.

Intuitive Recruitment is a 5-year-old specialist recruitment consultancy headquartered in Sydney, servicing the Australian eastern seaboard.
We provide specialist strategic recruitment services for Accounting and Finance professionals across the Property, Professional and Financial Services sectors.
Currently, our team consists of 8 staff, across multiple locations, with the recruitment consulting & management team each having over 20 years’ experience in their specialist discipline and have worked in industry previously.

What does a Recruitment Consultant do?

• Account & Relationship Management – Attend Client meetings and understand how our clients’ businesses work and build rapport with existing clients, understand their requirements, and develop a relationship to become a primary point of contact.
• Marketing – Of client job vacancies to existing candidate database, advertising through job boards & social media channels. Also, marketing of our recruitment services to potential and existing clients.
• Headhunting – Searching for and approaching candidates for our client job briefs. You will be using our Extensive Database, LinkedIn and Seek as a source of contact via phone & email.
• Candidate Management & Engagement – Conduct pre-registration calls with candidates assessing their qualifications and experience. Provide outstanding service to your candidates, taking a genuine interest in their career aspirations and building strong relationships with them.
• Recruitment Process Management – Arrange and attend interviews with candidates and manage the interview process from registration through to placement

A Recruitment Consultant role is multi-faceted involving Sales, Relationship Management, Administration & Marketing.

We are a people and professional services business so strong communication skills and personal interaction is vital.

To be successful in this role you may have some of the following skills/experience:

• A good attitude, strong work ethic and a desire to learn quickly to achieve success (a must).
• Prior experience working within Accounting, Finance Operations, Client Services, Marketing or Sales (any desirable).
• Strong communication skills (a must). You will be constantly communicating with candidates and clients, face to face as well as by email, phone, and video call.
• Passion for relationship building and ability to develop rapport
• Ability to work in a cohesive, hardworking team environment
• Willingness to stretch yourself, get out of your comfort zone and accelerate your career
