Site Location: SpaMedica, Churchgate, Bolton, BL1 1HU (flexibility for some remote working considered)

Role and Responsibilities of our Talent Acquisition Manager:

• As an expert in talent acquisition, develop a sustainable talent and resourcing strategy to meet future growth requirements for SpaMedica.
• Advise the business on talent and resourcing strategies and employer branding and consulting on capability and skills shortages working closely with other HR team leadership roles.
• Overall responsibility for the Spamedica in-house resourcing team, providing strategic direction to this team to ensure all talent and recruitment needs are met.
• Accountability and project management for the sourcing, recommendation, and full implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), building an engagement plan with the business to maximise results and ROI.
• Accountable for the development of an international recruitment strategy for SpaMedica to attract international candidates to the UK, ensuring its legal compliance, governance, implementation, and ongoing review is actioned to deliver new talent to SpaMedica in a cost-effective way.
• Core role ambition to attract, find, assess, and select diverse and engaged talent for SpaMedica.
• Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and team, oversee the sourcing of candidates to ensure roles are hired in line with business priorities and forecasted needs and to ensure managers are competent in all recruitment processes.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and accountable for ensuring exceptional levels of candidate and customer service is delivered at every stage of the candidate/ hiring journey.
• Improving the candidate journey at every stage, producing a plan to find ways to optimise efficiency whilst delighting candidates.
• Working closely with the Head of People – Head Office & Head of People- Hospitals, design, plan and execute employer branding activities, encouraging all current employees to become brand ambassadors.
• Using a proactive approach to utilise opportunities from passive candidates.
• Maximising the value of the SpaMedica brand reputation across all social channels and recruitment platforms.
• Develop and report on effective Management information (MI) for talent and resourcing highlighting return on investment and identifying key risks and opportunities leading to the generation of ideas and strategies for improvement.
• Analysis of complex resourcing scenarios to support the development of key strategic insights and the development of the strategic workforce plan forecasting talent needs in line with business needs.
• Executive Hiring and acting as an internal head-hunter for SpaMedica to attract senior talent where required.
• Provide strategic direction to the review of all recruitment processes to advise on opportunities to streamline/ maximise efficiency, working closely with the Recruitment Manager and team.
• Commercial awareness and able to forecast, manage and track progress against budgets.
• Ensuring inclusion and diversity are at the heart of recruitment practices ensuring the business builds an engaged workforce with a positive culture that has values and ethics at the heart.
• Proactively source across several recruitment tools, recommending innovative and cost-effective ways to ensure recruitment advertising produces return on investment.
• Lead on external benchmarking, demonstrating commercial awareness of the external market/other independent providers to recommend solutions and targeted proposals to ensure SpaMedica stays competitive in the marketplace.
• Act as a coach and advisor of best practice, sharing talent acquisition and recruitment experience to the Recruitment Manager and team.
