POP UP SHOPS is a Swiss proptech startup that operates the leading online marketplace for pop-up and promotion space. We make it possible for brands of any size to search, evaluate and book space quickly and easily – as easy as booking a hotel room. We offer landlords user-friendly tools for easy management of shop space. Among others, the following companies work with us: Migros, Coop, SBB, Swiss Post, CBRE, Wincasa or SPG Intercity.

Tasks

• Acquiring and managing our key accounts to drive distribution and adoption of our platform and products
• Helping to define and create key processes by understanding our business methods and our customer needs
• Helping to acquire, onboard deliver training and service new and existing partners (mall owners and operators estate agents & build-to-rent operators)
• Inputting feedback to tech teams to ensure POP UP SHOPS is delivering an industry leasing platform
• Handling key accounts to ensure maximum take-up of POP UP SHOPS by partner’s landlords and renters by providing constant support & consultation

Requirements

• University Degree in Business, Marketing or related topics
• Proven experience in retail real estate, shopping malls and/or specialty leasing as a leasing manager or broker
• You know how to close deals and have a background in sales, account management and/or consulting
• Interest in the property or property tech industry
• Ability to speak and write in English idiomatically
• Passion for disruptive startups
