Full Job Description

Position Summary:

Works with physicians, nursing, and patients to schedule outside testing/appointments. Completes required paperwork for pre-authorizations and pre-certifications.

Minimum Qualifications:


Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and preferably Access.

Minimum Work Experience
Two years of experience coordinating and scheduling medical procedures required.
