Here at Southern Water, we are looking for our next Talent Acquisition Partner to join our brand-new team based in Worthing (with hybrid working). This function is still in its infancy and by joining the team now you will be able to make positive changes and stamp your mark, taking ownership and accountability of the recruitment lifecycle for our engineering and construction division. You will be an integral and valuable part of the function from the early stages!
You will be driven, people focused and have an in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition and all that comes with it, you will be the main point of contact between the vacancy recruiters and the hiring managers bridging that gap and managing the process from initial offline conversations to briefing on the vacancies, scoping out the role, approving adverts and ensuring clear and consistent communication between all parties. With excellent planning and attention to detail you will pair this skillset with being personable and approachable and the ‘go-to’ person for queries.
You will be responsible for ensuring that Southern Water is able to attract, recruit and retain the talent the organisation needs, with particular focus on the capabilities needed to design, build and deliver our key strategic programmes e.g. graduates, apprenticeships and employer branding.
