As an Office Assistant at Southern Roofing and Renovations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

Responsibilities :

Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

• Communication Hub : Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communication. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor.

Requirements :

• Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
