Southern Premier Roofing is immediately hiring multiple In Home Sales to join our Residential Sales team. We are one of the largest and fastest growing roofing companies in North Carolina over the last 2 years.

There is no experience required! We provide in-house training to make you the most knowledgeable sales professional.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday and occasionally on the weekends

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and documenting homes for storm damage
• Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on roofing systems and processes.
• Hybrid role consisting between sales and project management
• Leads are provided

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable dealing with customers face to face
• Must be able to climb onto residential roofs utilizing a ladder
• Must have reliable transportation
• Independent nature, self-disciplined, and good time management skills (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
• Professional appearance
• Must be capable of taking pictures/videos during home inspections utilizing a smartphone
• One year of sales experience preferred

Benefits:

Compensation:

Highly competitive, uncapped commission rates of $125,000-$200,000. Commission paid on all completed work.
