About the role:
The Clinical Nurse Educator provides clinical education, training, and evaluation of knowledge and skills to promote and support improved nursing care within the Western NSW Local Health District. This is a virtual role covering evenings and weekends to assist in upskilling nurses across the area.

Where you’ll be working:
The job location for this position is negotiable with some travel to rural and remote facilities within Western NSW Local Health District. This role is within the Organisational Development Unit which is a part of the Workforce and Culture Directorate.
We work collaboratively with individuals, teams, facility managers and leaders across WNSWLHD and lead the coordinated planning and strategy for organisational development across the district. Our job is to make sure you have the knowledge and skills needed to perform your role, to deliver positive culture change and enable high quality healthcare delivery.
