Southern Cross University is seeking a casual HR Assistant to support with HRIS data entry, employment documentation and other administrative support to our HR Team. You will be exposed to all facets of HR where no two days are the same.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or anybody with administration experience wanting to kick start their career in HR.
With a proactive ‘can do’ attitude, you will utilise your well-developed communication and time management skills to work with a range of stakeholders with competing priorities.
You will bring some experience providing efficient and confidential administration support with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
Skills in data entry, specifically a HRIS with an understating of human resource functions will be viewed favorably.

Salary and benefits
Based at our Lismore campus, the hourly rate will range from $41.19 – $49.13 plus super.
