About the role:
CRUX have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Officer to join our team at Head Office in Bundaberg!

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and Invoices
• Process and receipt payments within an accounting software program (preferably MYOB)
• Liaise with internal staff to resolve invoice issues
• Management of external supplier accounts and purchase requests
• Perform all necessary transactional account coding and reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts payable files and records
• Accounts Payable payment run processing and management
• High volume credit card coding, receipt management and reconciliation
• Compiling divisional recharge invoices and reallocation of costs
• Residential Property portfolio financial and administrative management
• Management of travel requests, including booking and payment
• Identify areas for process improvements
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
• Assisting with month end financial reporting
• Assist with queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Assistance with administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties
