Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Hiring for Recruitment Advisor Job at Perth Full Time

SCEE are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly close-knit recruitment team, reporting to the Recruitment Manager.

The successful applicant for this role will have strong experience recruiting blue and white collar positions within the Construction Resources industry. Attributes required for the role include excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task and strong organisation and administration skills.

• Previous high volume Blue Collar recruitment experience ideally within the electrical or mining and resources sector
• Extensive experience in end to end recruitment for project based roles (sourcing, interviewing/screening, reference check, pre-employment medicals etc)
• Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure to deliver results in tight time frames
• Preparation of Letters of Offer and provide support to hiring managers on contracts
• Drafting and placing advertisements across various mediums
• Driving the recruitment process to ensure compliance is met
• Have a proven track record to deliver in a fast paced environment
• Provide ongoing support to hiring managers on recruitment activities
• Ensure recruitment process/procedural compliance
• Maintain positive, proactive and professional approach at all times
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
