What You Will Do-Opportunity
Responsible for executing strategy to help organization find and retain top talent, build strong employment brands, and provide professional development to a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists which results in meeting organizational and departmental objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Create and adjust staffing plans by building forecasting models to fill requisitions for staffing
  • Implement both sustainable and scalable talent strategy to meet organizational staffing needs
  • Use ATS system and other integrated technology to maximize software capabilities and ensure that ROI is useful and cost-effective
  • Design, plan, and execute candidate selection process as needed and/or for newly created positions
  • Provide guidance to team on the adjudication of background check reports
  • Partner with background check and drug testing vendors on process improvement, reporting, and billing
  • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and implement solutions when necessary
  • Regular review of candidate engagement and experience to improve interactions and impressions of organizational brand
  • Leverage the use of social media platforms to advertise jobs in the most optimal manner
  • Lead, oversee, and supervise members of the talent team so that individual performance metrics are realized
  • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles and provide guidance to team when needed
  • Analyze, interpret, and report on HR and recruiting KPIs

Competencies
Communication- Comfortable influencing, speaking in front of small groups in person and teleconference. Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Consultation- ability to mentor and train
Computer Proficiency

Supervisory Responsibility
This position will have a varying number of direct reports dependent on demand.

Work Environment
This position is a hybrid position. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel
Occasional Travel up to 10%

What You Need to be Successful-Education and Experience
  • BS in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field and at least 5 years of experience as TA Manager or similar HR role, OR a combination of education and experience
  • Strong working knowledge of HR & Employment Laws
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting to include leading all sourcing strategies and employer branding techniques
  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Experience with managing external relationships with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing vendors and tools
  • Experience with reporting platforms like Tableau or similar technologies and ability to build reports in a comprehensive manner
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
