About the role:

Southern Cross Care (WA) contributes to social, health and economic development by enabling the delivery of integrated services in our community for the increasingly complex health, care and accommodation needs of our ageing population and those living with mental illness in Western Australia.

We are currently looking for a full time Recruitment Officer to join our team located in our central office in Rivervale. This is a flexibility position with a mix of office and remote work (work from home). Mobile phone and lap top provided.

We’ll also be asking you to:-

• Assist the TA team with end to end recruitment process including; creating and posting job advertisements, managing candidate pipelines, conducting thorough interview screenings and references
• Implement appropriate sourcing strategies to target and build candidate pipelines
• Liaise with relevant universities to establish internship programs to attract talent
• Follow up onboarding documents
• Provide a positive candidate experience

About You:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a TA/Recruitment role. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards. High volume recruitment preferred.
