We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team with a new role of Talent Acquisition Lead, based at our central support office in Epping.

Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, as Talent Acquisition Lead you will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership to our team of four Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Enhancing and clarifying SCC’s talent acquisition strategy and processes
• Delivering talent acquisition outcomes that meet the needs of the organisation in the areas of frontline recruitment and registered nurses, as well as other professionals and managers
• Collaborating to shape, refine and promote our Employment Value Proposition
• Being hands-on – including taking on a right-sized recruitment portfolio.

The successful applicant should have:

• Experience leading the Talent Acquisition function within the health and human services sector
• Hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment of frontline workers
• A passion for empowering and enabling people.
• The ability to develop collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving skills that bring results in hard-to recruit roles and regions
• Experience dealing with agencies as well as in-house recruitment experience
• High productivity, computer literacy & attention to detail.
