The role

This is a newly created role for an experienced agency or internal Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Administrator to join this established team as it grows to meet the demands of the aged care sector. You will be joining and supporting a team of four Talent Acquisition Business Partners and reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager.

Your role will include:

• Managing the stringent compliance of all candidates progressed through the recruitment process. including background checks, health assessments and reference checks
• Proactively developing and managing various talent pipelines for volume recruitment needs
• Responding to ‘Expressions of Interest’ applications and ensuring the relevant Talent Acquisition Business Partner is aware of them
• Providing first-class candidate experience ensuring communication is regular and meaningful and talent pools are consistently kept up to date
• Managing all administration in support of the Talent Acquisition BP’s and assisting the Senior Recruitment Manager with data collection and reporting

About you

You are an experienced Recruitment Administrator or Candidate Resourcer, either coming directly from agency or another internal talent acquisition team. You have a passion to support a mission driven organisation that values people, both internal staff and their aged care clients.

In addition, you will have:

• Proven administrative and resourcing experience with high volume, candidate tight recruitment markets
• Previous experience in aged care, allied health or healthcare in general is desirable however other sectors will be considered
• Passion for creating an enviable candidate experience, driving applications and developing talent pipelines to proactively support the organisation’s talent needs
• Experience with and a broad understanding of the latest technology and how to maximise efficiency across a variety of tools
• Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment, juggling high volume candidate applications, stringent compliance requirements, internal stakeholders and database administration seamlessly
