Southern Coast Spine and Pain Specialists Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Beaufort, SC Full Time

We are a busy pain management practice seeking a customer service representative for our Beaufort location. You will supply support to our medical providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and every other Friday 8am-1pm. This position offers room for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and document basic medical history in the medical chart
• Follow up on requested records and orders.
• Educate patients on provider orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
