About the role
The Manager Human Resources and Talent Acquisition is responsible for the provision of high quality generalist human resources services, as well as leadership of the Employee Relations function of South West Healthcare (SWH).
The successful applicant will lead the Advisor team to support a highly competent and agile workforce to deliver quality care outcomes. The team will share expertise, advice and recommendations with executives, managers and employees across the organisation in all human resources matters including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, industrial relations, policies and procedures and workforce planning through effective negotiation and influence.
This opportunity is available as an ongoing full time position, reporting to our newly appointed Executive Director People & Culture, and will work closely with other members of SWH leadership and management team.

What you bring
You will hold relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources, remuneration and benefits, industrial relations, recruitment or other relevant experience.
Experience in staff management and a proven ability to provide leadership, advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of professional groups as well as well-developed time management, organisational and communication skills are critical for this position.
The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstration comprehensive experience and knowledge of health industry Awards and/or Enterprise Agreements and their application.
