South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Hiring for Human Resources Advisor at Middlesbrough Full Time

37.5 Hours per week

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our Operational Human Resources Team.

Reporting to the Associate HR Business Partner for your Clinical Collaborative Centre you will form part of a team of HR professionals and you will be responsible for providing a high quality HR service. The post holder will provide development support and advice regarding HR processes and policies to their areas. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they can work in partnership with and establish productive and effective working relationships.

The successful candidate will have or be willing to work towards attaining a CIPD qualification.

This is a challenging and exciting time to join the NHS and the successful candidate will be supported by their management team to complete team and individual objectives, including regular opportunities for communication, welfare discussions, sharing of information and team development. The team is currently working to an office rota, where time is spent working both on site and remotely.

South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff to the Trust; this training programme has been designed to support our leaders in developing their understanding of leadership and management skills. You will be expected to attend the New and Aspiring leaders programme, and the Foundation Quality Improvement Programme that the Trust delivers. After you complete this one and a half day of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
