South Shore Health Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at Weymouth, MA Full Time

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to develop strategies alongside their assigned client group to recruit more outstanding talent to our organization at our flagship South Shore Hospital location in scenic Weymouth, Massachusetts. We will rely on you to:

· Execute all aspects of the recruitment process

· Work a hybrid model combining work from home with onsite work at South Shore Hospital.

· Cultivate a pipeline of candidates for key hard-to fill and high-volume open positions throughout the health system

· Identify creative sourcing and recruitment methods

· Attend and coordinate logistics for job fairs, employment and networking events as needed (majority of events are virtual now)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or minimum of 3 years equivalent related experience

· Proficient in Applicant Tracking System and sourcing tools, preferably Workday

· Demonstrated success using targeted, highly-effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to identify high-quality, talented candidates

· Experience attracting and interacting with candidates utilizing social media, career boards, and other on-line resources
