We are a small, Family Run, Mechanical Services Company looking for an experienced person to manage our financial aspects.
The successful candidate will be required to work alongside the company accountant, to finalise YE2020 accounts.
You will report to the Director, providing financial status & month end statements.
Working from home is an option we would consider, however, we feel it is essential that the candidate attends the office at least once a week.
The company utilises Quickbooks Online, as a finance package, therefore previous experience in this software is essential.
Your duties will include the following:
- Purchase and Sales Ledger*
- Payroll*
- Bank Reconciliation*
- CIS & VAT Returns
You will initially be required to work under a probationary period, with a view to a permanent position
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
