South Mountain Creamery Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Middletown, MD Full Time

South Mountain Creamery is The Farmers’ Market Delivered offering home delivery of fresh local in-season farm products to homes in DC-MD-VA-WVA.

We are currently accepting applications for our Customer Service team.

Team member would be responsible to:

• Provide a great first impression ~
• Reply to customer inquires through email, live chat, and phone calls.
• follow up with any new customers after delivery
• Contact and reengage customers who not ordered for 60-90 days
• Help with general customer calls, emails, and paperwork
• Assisting customers with their accounts, orders and deliveries.

Position includes:

• Basic Computer knowledge including word, excel, and outlook
• Ability to learn how to work within our customer account software
• Working directly with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Willingness to go the extra mile to insure customer expectations are exceeded
• Friendly and professional phone and email “voice”
• Detail orientated
• Prior customer service experience a plus
• Must be able to type minimum of 35 words per minute

All SMC positions require working as part of a team to meet department and Company objectives.

Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
