About the role
This part- time, 20 hour per week role will act as the subject matter expert for South East Water’s learning systems, ensuring the existing learning systems’ capabilities are maximized. Days and hours are flexible; let us know what works best for you!
Providing operational support to ensure a great candidate experience from application through to commencement in their role, you will monitor workflows, answer queries and educate people leaders on relevant recruitment policies and processes. You will promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Inclusion and Diversity objectives through our external communication and advertising, as well as coordinating an engaging onboarding experience for all of South East Water’s new starters.
About you
You will bring your innate passion for improving the customer experience, with demonstrated experience in a fast paced recruitment environment. You’ll be a whiz with systems, and enjoy working in a team environment that values high quality outcomes and customer service. You will be willing to challenge the status quo, using your problem solving skills to identify improvements.
