This position assists the Project Managers in coordinating the activities of a small portfolio of projects to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. The Assistant Project Manager exercises independent judgment related to day-to-day administration of projects as well as a commitment to the projects’ overall success both internally and from the perspective of the customer.

This position is based in our Marion, MA headquarters.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruiting efforts, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, screening, interview process, offer negotiation, and close process
• Identify diverse, top level talent within the SCIC’s project markets through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, on-line resources and professional associations.
• Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit students/alumni and diverse candidates.
• Create and communicate robust sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Build talent pipelines through networking, employee referrals, cold-calling, events, and other creative channels.
• Actively manage candidates and jobs on ATS
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board, social media, colleges, etc.
• As needed, aggressively source passive candidates for tough-to-fill positions and creatively source for niche roles.
• Work closely with all departments and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates
• Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Prior sales or customer service experience highly preferred.
• Desire to develop and grow a career in sales or recruiting.
• Strong initiative and follow-through, self-motivated and highly organized.
• Experience working on tight deadlines.
• Able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work within a small but highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Compensation:

Salary $70,000
