South Central Fleet Services Ltd Hiring for Fleet Finance Assistant Job at Nursling, England Full Time

South Central Fleet Services Ltd, are looking for a Fleet Finance Assistant to join our team at Nursling.

To provide day to day financial support including monitoring, reporting and analyses.

Carry out specific data analysis and reports as per requirements set by Finance Manager, on timelines as well as ad-hoc basis.

To maintain robust and effective systems of financial control with specific and general ledgers.

To ensure application and adherence of financial policies and procedures.

Ensure accounts payable and receivable activities are carried out in timely fashion.

Manage all streams of purchase invoices.

Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial queries, internal and external.

Ensure accuracy in allocations of budget codes, from invoice processing through to recording onto accounting system and fleet management database.

Ensure adequate staff cover and management of workloads that impacts financial reporting timelines.

Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.

Other tasks provided by the Finance Manager
