Full Time Practice Manager sought to join a 4 doctor, small animal, exclusive practice in Boulder, CO. South Boulder Animal Hospital continues a tradition of excellence as one of Boulder’s original veterinary practice locations. We serve a highly educated and active clientele who allow us to practice an outstanding level of medicine and surgery. We have a reputation for being welcoming, compassionate, pragmatic and nimble. Our facility offers state of the art DR Sound radiology, dental radiology, in-house blood analyzer and lab services, in-house and on-line pharmacy, laser therapy, acupuncture, quick access to on-site board certified specialists for ultrasonography, radiology, cardiology as well as a host of other local specialists in every facet of veterinary practice.
Our team includes a dynamic mix of veterinarian, customer care and technical support staff. We are paper lite and utilize AviMark software. We are open 6 days a week, offer early morning and evening hours, are expanding to provide limited local house calls. Our post-op patients and after hour emergencies are referred to area 24-hour emergency facilities. This position is a 5-day work week, paid vacation, SIMPLE plan, health insurance, and other employee benefits. In short, our compensation and benefits are highly competitive. The Practice Manager will manage hospital operations including but not limited to:
· Human Resources
· Staffing
· Scheduling
· Training and development
· Regulatory Compliance
· Hospital Operations, including policies & work-instructions
