Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

ROLE PROFILE

SOURCE Global is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. This role is based in Scottsdale, AZ and will report to the Director of People. As the in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the expert on all things recruiting. You will act as an extension of the brand, sharing SOURCES’s mission and vision as you engage with talent ready to change the world.

More specifically, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be directly responsible for the following:

Trusted Internal Partner

• Partnering with hiring managers to refine and finalize job descriptions that authentically represent an opportunity
• Coaching and advising hiring managers through identifying and selecting the strongest talent for a role
• Reporting regularly to the executive team and key leadership to provide updates on recruiting efforts

Recruiting Operations

• Managing the requisition request process with internal business partners
• Screening candidates to ensure candidates meet all requirements of the role (i.e. location, vaccination status, technical capabilities, culture fit etc.).
• Sourcing passive candidates who may not currently be seeking opportunities but who may be a strong fit for a given role
• Managing all applicants in Applicant Tracking System (ADP WorkforceNow)
• Posting all approved opportunities to Applicant Tracking System
• Managing budget and spend on job boards
• Coordinating candidate interviews and managing the internal hiring process to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
• Managing the relationship and acting as the day-to-day point of contact with temporary employment agencies
• Building and managing an internal referral program

Brand Ambassador

• Acting as a brand ambassador to attract and retain the best talent in the market
• Fostering divergence in the hiring process
• Identifying and attending events to connect with local and specialized talent (university partnerships, job fairs, etc.)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of hands-on recruiting experience and strong visionary / leadership qualities to elevate the organizations talent acquisition efforts. He or she will be a highly visible role within the organization and will be looked to as a trusted partner and advisor in the hiring process both within the Corporate HQ Team and the Manufacturing Team.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience

Experience supporting a variety of role types and levels (entry level to VP roles)

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is required.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll experience a great deal of variety from day-to-day. The SOURCE team is growing and we’re looking for someone to not only fill roles, but also to build talent acquisition as a function within the organization. You will communicate with virtually every department in the organization.

The typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM -5PM with an optional work from home day on Wednesday.
