Sound Painting Solutions Hiring for Customer Support Specialist at Remote Full Time

Sound Painting Solutions is a millennial-owned, West Seattle-based painting contractor. We are looking for a methodical and well organized individual to handle our customer service representative. Knowledge of MS Office, Excel skills and the ability to read, write and speak English is a must. Able to have good ethics and high standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Excellent communication skills written, spoken, via telephone face to face, email, ARINC radio system

2. Excellent interpersonal skills

3. Must be very organized

4. Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure

5. Assist customers with requested services

6. Resolve customer requests, questions, complaints regarding the company’s services or products

7. Bill customers for services rendered

8. Set up new accounts; maintain records and other clerical duties

9. Maintain a high standard of professional appearance at all times

10. Maintain and stock materials and amenities in the customer service areas

• Strict attention to detail is required to avoid confusion while communicating orders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• No special licenses or certificates required
• One-year minimum working as Customer Service
