Soucy Belgen in Drummondville is looking for motivated candidates in operations and maintenance to transform metal into essential parts for our track systems and to participate in the maintenance of our equipment fleet. By working in our foundry, you will play an important role in the operations of Soucy enterprises.

Day and evening positions available

Salary: $35.20 at hiring and $38.50 after 1 year

Evening premium: a minimum of $2.82/h

4x10h premium: a minimum of $5.64/h

Very advantageous availability bonus of up to $370 per week

How will you be spending your time?

Inspect, adjust, repair and install all production equipment or tooling (industrial, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical) according to plans

Maintain and program PLCs

Calibrate various control instruments

What are we looking for?

Possess a Secondary School Vocational Diploma in electromechanics, mechanics or related training

Ability to read (drawings), write and interpret information related to manufacturing processes
