WHAT TO EXPECT

The incumbent is responsible for various production and maintenance activities in the outdoor yard. He/she must ensure the timely supply of parts and components required for production and support various maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of various equipment located outside.

Here’s an overview of your tasks:
Support the production and planning team in the preparation of outside parts based on orders required in the plant and suggest improvements as needed…

Prepare and load orders on flat bed trailers

Manage the outside containers. See to the alternation of the containers and their condition

Receive pallets or containers and ensure that they are stored properly and safely outside

Dispose of waste according to instructions and in an environmentally friendly manner

Maintain outdoor dust collectors and dispose of waste properly

Ensure optimal storage according to organizational needs in the various storage areas and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must have operated heavy machinery or be trained in heavy machinery operation

Holder of a class 1 license (asset, moving trailers to come)

Flexible in his schedule when required

Must have experience in a manufacturing environment (asset)

Mechanical spirit

Rigorous and customer oriented

Good ability to work in a team and must demonstrate a great sense of autonomy
