THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at Sotheby’s. This role will be the newest addition to our dynamic and fast-growing global team.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the UK & EMEA based Talent Acquisition team for all recruitment in the region, providing end-to-end support on both the internal business and external candidate processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate Experience: Manage the candidate experience; drives the coordination, and communications for scheduling all candidate interviews
- Generating, drafting contract and paperwork for candidates
- Support the Senior Recruiters in administrative tasks and applications shifting
- Posting jobs on and updating our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Assisting with reports to support and track recruitment performance
- Support internal and external communications so we attract the best and most relevant talent in the market
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the improvement of recruitment processes and activity
- Partnership with HR team to support onboarding of new hires from offer to start
- LinkedIn and other external posting sites management
IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred ( Coordinator, team assistant)
- Ability to prioritize workload with a high level of efficiency and accuracy throughout
- Ability to act quickly and promptly to a multitude of requests
- Experience managing and updating systems
- A self-starter and resourceful approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience within a recruitment environment preferred
- Experience of high-volume administration and/or coordination
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a team player
- A positive can-do attitude
- One year plus experience minimum in a similar coordinator role is required
