Are you looking for a Management Opportunity within a thriving organisation?

We have a superb opportunity for someone to take a Management position within the SSCL Joint Venture between Sopra Steria and the Cabinet Office! You will lead service operations whilst building operational strategies and capabilities with stakeholder and provide support and advice on their recruitment activities.

This role is a Hybrid variable and will be required to work in the office ½ days per week.

What will you be doing:

• Develop a team of Recruitment specialists.
• Lead and deliver the agreed service proposals in partnership with Government and Police client organisations.
• Lead Client checkpoint calls.
• Develop partner relationships both internally and externally.
• Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Compile and present data reports.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience of managing a team and service.
• Knowledge of designing and implementing recruitment processes.
• Delivery of clients’ high volume and/or specialist recruitment requirements.

It would be great if you had:

• Experience in preparing and delivering bids for new work.
• Ability and experience to develop tailored analytics to support your service delivery.
• UK Government or Police sector experience
