The Sopra Banking Cloud Platform (SBCP) is Sopra Banking Software’s SaaS & Cloud technology foundation on which the new banking business services marketed by Sopra Banking Software are based. Within this context, we want to strengthen our development team in order to continue to provide business teams with assets.
As a Junior Cloud Developer you will be part of SBCP tribe and take part to a brand new project of developing new E2E banking applications in the Cloud using the latest tools and technologies. Following Agile methodologies, you will evolve in a challenging and motivating environment to deliver value and demonstrate it iteratively to your stakeholders (business experts, Ops, customer…).
Your disruptive and innovating mindset will be key and always taken into consideration in a continuous improvement delivery model.
In the tribe and with the support of our managers, your missions will be:

• Design, develop and operate new SBCP functionalities by demonstrating autonomy and adaptability
• Actively participate in the development of skills and in the daily support of the SBCP teams

• Ensure the technological watch, test and experiment new technological solutions emerging from the market.

We are interested in hearing from you, if you have most of the following attributes:

• A graduate of a computer science or engineering school,
• You have developed the following technical skills: Java 11, Kotlin, reactive programming, Kafka, Kubernetes, Helm, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL, Gradle
• The following skills are a plus: Istio, event driven architecture, TDD and BDD methodology, AWS cloud, application security, API Management.
• Cloud experienced or enthusiast:
• Networking, DevOps and Agility (Scrum Framework)
• Team player
• Good communicator
