Job Description

Dispatch trucks, manage orders and provide administrative support for yard operations.

Qualifications:

· Self-starter

· Team player

· Attention to detail

· Good communication skills

· Computer experience

· Reside within a reasonable distance to Pecos operations

· Legally authorized to work in the United States

· Willing to undergo a background check

· Pass a drug screening

Responsibilities:

· Receive, set up, and communicate order information

· Coordinate trucks and schedule pickups and deliveries

· Assist with creation of tallies and other trucking paperwork

· Create service orders, sales orders and transfers

· Communicate with others to obtain needed information
