A Day in the Life of a Digital Marketing Manager at Sonsray :

$100,000.00 – $105,000.00 annually DOE

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Maintain Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency across all content produced by Marketing (Paid Ads, E-mail & SMS), and Social Media, ensuring alignment with our brand vision
• Collaborating closely with the Inventory & Manufactures to optimize the visual presentation of our website, leveraging on-hand inventory while capitalizing on product trends and seasonal themes.
• Work with existing team members to build and maintain our social media presence
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive marketing calendars encompassing seasonal, monthly, and daily strategies for content and promotions across all digital platforms aimed at elevating brand awareness and driving conversions.
• Measure and performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
