Talent Acquisition Business Partner has ownership for all facets of Aurora Operations Distribution Center (AODC) recruiting in order to secure top talent and support our pursuit of being an employer of choice. This includes, but is not limited to, full cycle recruiting, employing varied sourcing strategies, developing candidate pipelines, employer branding and promoting campus and career fair recruiting strategies. Additionally the TABP will be charged with leading strategic initiatives and other high level critical reporting, analytics and projects.
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to determine requirements for open positions and identify qualities of ideal candidates
Full execution of the recruitment process including requisition approval, job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing and interview coordination, communication with candidates and hiring managers, offer and negotiation, background check initiation and monitor and employee onboarding
Ownership of the headcount management process in partnership with Sr. Manager, HR to ensure compliance with budgeted headcount
Develop campus and career fair recruiting strategies
Create and maintain candidate pipeline for key positions
Partner with HR Business Partners on succession planning and talent identification
Explore and develop new recruitment channels
Develop social media recruitment strategy
Monitor the job market and acts as a consultant to the Sr. Leadership team and hiring managers regarding market trends throughout the industry
Partner with HR to understand exit data trends and help support strategies regarding retention
Manage recruitment efforts of staffing agencies and search firms
Manage the Employee Referral Bonus process
Assisting in creation of strategic projects and altering strategy throughout the year as needed in order to be agile in the market. This is including by not limited to Glassdoor, Organization Relationship Management and investigating other areas of improvement
Create, manage and execute Retention touch base Program (Buddy Program)
Assisting with all monthly HR and TA Analytics as needed including turnover and bowling chart tracking
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Operate in compliance with all local, state and federal laws as well as Company policy and compliance standards
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Travel approximately 5%
5 years of full cycle Recruiting experience
Manufacturing / operations experience
Knowledge of Federal, State and Local HR laws as it relates to recruiting
Success Factors-SAP experience, preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills

Highly developed interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
